A FORMAL LETTER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to complain about our visit last night to your restaurant.We had been waiting for this moment for a long time and we had broked a table for two.

Our problems started as soon as we arrived at 21:30 we asked the waiters for our tablet but they said that  there had been a problem and that we hadn't booked any  table for that night.However,once I showed them confirmation email,they found a table for us.In addition although we ordered our menu really fast,they ran out of pizza dough while cooking,so we had to wait over half an hour to eat our main dish.

Later our dishes arrived and they were cold.I think that they had been prepared a long time before.I would be greatful if you had heated your food before serving to the customers.

Next time,we will not b returning to your restaurant.
