DISH OF ALPUJARRAS
I live in Andalucia,near the coast ,and there are many dalicious dishes,but my favourite one is dish of the Alpujarras which consists of fried patatoes with onion and peppers,fried egg,ham sausage,black pudding sausage,and fried pappers,All of the ingredients,which are grown in those villages,are fried in a pan''Dish of the Alpujarras'' are usually served hot with a glass of wine.If you want to make this dish healthier,you can bake the patatoes instead of ffrying them.
The Alpujarra inhabitants used to eat this dish weekly,but nowdays tourists who don't live there go to the villages just to try it.
You can cook it at home,but if you want to try the original one,you will need to go to the mountains and enjoy the views.
