Many people live with a lot of stress because they have or want to do too much during the day. For working adults and schooling teens, especially during test time, stress can cause many health problems.If you are stressed, sad or not feeling well, nature can help you. According to many experts, surrounding yourself with nature is good to reduce stress, forget about problems and relax.
Nature can be the solution to any disease because when you are with nature you can feel very relaxed, you can forget about all the daily problems, work problems, your studies ... And for these reasons being surrounded by nature can be the solution to some mental problems.
There are many different methods that try to solve these problems and one of them is ecotherapy.
Ecotherapy consists of different activities that you can do related to nature such as climbing, hiking, a walk observing nature ... these activities can help you with some mental problems. This type of activities can be really interesting because they help you to connect with nature.
In summary, I believe that ecotherapy is a good option for these problems and makes people appreciate nature more and take care of it more, and it is also a good way to disconnect from our busy world and take time to rest and connect with nature.
From my point of view, anyone who has problems such as anxiety among other things, stress problems, depression ..., should try this technique before taking medication.
When I can't study well and I get stressed, I stop studying and go for a walk along a path on the outskirts of my town that is surrounded by nature and when I return home I have more strength to continue studying and doing the homework and I feel better.
