the current use of technologies

nowadays the technology has advanced a lot with respect to the past.

A lot of people ,but above all teenagers,are using the social networks the whole day or  they are just in front of a scren

If you use your cell phone or  computer a lot all day long, it can cause problems like headaches, red eyes ...
It also takes time away from studying, doing homework.
There are people who do not go out with their friends because they are playing with their computers or playing mobile.

To solve these problems, I think that parents should take  the cell phones  away from their children and when they finish doing homework or studying it, it will be a good option so teenagers have more time to study and do homework.
